Unlike other programs that focus solely on strategy, energetics, or mindset, RISE uses an integrative approach and leverages the power of community. Instead of a one-size-fits-all model, I designed RISE to empower you to tap into your own inner authority to drive business decisions, including which marketing and sales strategies will be most aligned for you. 

While masterclasses, frameworks, how-to’s, guides, and everything else you could possibly need, including mindset and energetics, are available to all RISE members, we emphasize that your plan aligns to your authentic self and values. I also include three 1:1 touchpoints for each member, because from my past years of experience, this personal touch helps you see results quicker.

The primary time commitment is a group call 3x month which lasts about an hour. However, we ensure everyone has the opportunity to share, so the call may occasionally run longer. Additionally, depending on your goals, you may choose to take supplementary classes on our learning portal.

The focus is on streamlining your efforts for sustainable growth, not increasing your workload. While there may be some upfront energy investment, it's aimed at laying a strong foundation for long-term success. We also encourage prioritizing self-care and personal well-being, including rest during different phases of your growth cycle.

If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or stuck, we'll address the root cause and develop a plan to integrate practices for nervous system regulation. Together, we'll create an action plan tailored to your goals without overwhelming you. Plus, you'll have the support of the group for accountability and assistance, whether it's overcoming tech blocks or staying on track with your goals.

Our program recognizes the importance of balancing business growth with personal well-being. In addition to providing tools and strategies for business success, we emphasize self-care and personal development. This may involve allocating time for rest and rejuvenation, ensuring you can sustainably manage both your professional and personal life throughout your growth journey.

As a member of RISE, you have the option to book additional 1:1 sessions ranging from a 90-minute one-off strategy session to a 3-month coaching container. These sessions offer personalized support tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Our weekly group calls are held 3x per month on Tuesdays at 1pm EST on Zoom. Replay and notes are sent out after the call. If you can’t make them live, I encourage you to consider what will be most convenient and supportive to you. Some members join every call but don’t utilize the online community, others never attend the calls and get the most out of the community and other features. It’s about using which features of the program meet your needs, and releasing those that take away from what is actually working.

If you find that the group dynamic isn't aligning with your expectations or if you're feeling disconnected, then we can hop on a call to discuss your concerns. Your comfort and satisfaction are important, and I’m committed to addressing any issues to ensure you have a positive experience in the program.

We cap the group at 15 members so that no one gets lost or left behind. This is a loving, respectful, and compassionate container of women who are all here on the same mission and always cheering each other on.

While there are resources available on the portal for spiritual wellness and personal development, the focus of this container is primarily on actionable steps and grounded manifestations. This program is ideal for individuals already practicing spiritual activities on their own time, where we come together to support each other in taking aligned actions towards our goals.
